For a generation or download problem

Tell us your browser and device, the content type you selected, and the message shown on screen. Explain whether the problem occurs while generating, downloading or scanning. A non-sensitive example helps us investigate.

For a scanning problem

Let us know whether the original download scans and whether the problem only appears in print. Include the approximate printed size and material. Please check the scanning troubleshooting guide first.

For a correction or privacy request

Include the relevant page address and explain what needs attention. For questions about your email correspondence, contact us from the same email address where possible. Read our privacy policy for information about site requests and correspondence.

Keep private details private

Do not send passwords, private booking details or confidential documents. Waterlil has no saved-code accounts or scan records, so we cannot retrieve a lost QR export. Keep your own copy of the file and its destination.
